HUAYUAN was founded in 2004, formed from a purchasing professional pomelo cooperatives in 1997. We, Zhangzhou Huayuan Trading Co., Ltd. is a productive and operational company with integration of agriculture, industry and commerce, specialize in the cultivation, processing and export of agricultural and sideline products.Currently, we currently have our two honey pomelo cultivation demonstration orchards and three professional honey pomelo cooperatives. The total planting area is 769 hectares and our annual output of honey pomelo is about 46,000 tons. The orchard which specialized for exporting to US covers an area of 120 hectares and its output is 7200 tons.Our pomelo orchards are managed in strict accordance with good agricultural practices, and the whole process of pomelo growth is monitored and bung, so as to ensure that the pomelo production meets the high quality requirements of Europe and the United States. We are located in high and new technology industrial development zone of Zhangzhou High-tech Zone Industrial Park, covering an area of 35000M². We’ve successively invested to build three standardized fruit processing workshops with an area of 15000M², a well-equipped high-temperature fresh-keeping storehouse with capacity of 3000 tonnage, and two low-temperature storehouses with capacity of 1800 tonnage in total. These standardized facilities provide strong support for ensuring the stability of product quality.

We carry out standardized management from planting and strictly control product quality layer by layer. HUAYUAN has established a friendly relationship with Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences（CAAS), and every year experts come to our orchards to give us instructions on management of watering, fertilizing, pruning, pest control, cultivation and so on, so that the pesticide residues and harmful organisms in our orchards can be effectively controlled. We have also been well recognized by by Xiamen Customs. In 2020, our company was recommended by General Administration of Customs, P.R.China as one of the first three packing houses&orchards approved for pomelo exports to the United States. We have passed GLOBALG.A.P certification, GRASP and Sedex audits every year, and also got FDA certification(Registration Number: 13517060074).
